.....can someone please explain the dishes on this tray?...I know its Japanese....has to be. I must say it looks quite delectable...1. Top left looks like nabe (boiling pot of veggies and perhaps some meat or fish inside the pot)2. Right of the Nabe on top row looks like fried eggplant3. To that right on top looks like mushroom soup, probably with bonito fish stock.4. Top right looks like typical tempura5. Center left looks like julien cut yama-imo (a type of root that is pretty slimy)6. center item looks like sauteed fish of some kind...7. bottom left is some kind of pickled cucumbers and daikoncan't tell what the rest of it is.... :D
