This is top-grade stuff. I'm only through page 076 or so, but I can assure you that the first chapter alone is sufficient to get you to where you want to go (if you catch my drift). The art is fantastic. The plot is clich?but perfectly, nay, expertly so. And the fetishes do not disappoint. At least not yet they haven't.To give you an idea of how much I enjoyed this? I consider this a must-buy. It's just ... wow.How did I not know the name Rio Kouzuki before!?!?!?!?!?The story plot is kind of rip off from the game by [BLACKRAINBOW] 催眠術2, so to me is kind of a little disappointed. I think the game is better. However is still not that bad.I recommend some of the must play hypnotism games:[BLACKRAINBOW] 催眠術2 and its fan disc 裏・催眠術2, and[SILKY'S][シルキーズ] 学園催眠隷奴～さっきまで、大嫌いだったはずなのに～ UltiMate A-MA-ZING story plot, artwork, voice cast, sound effect, game play.I don't think the story's ripped off of any one game, because I just finished it myself, and I agree that it's not unique ...... but it's not taken from any one source, either. The ending to this story, specifically, is VERY clich?(and something you see coming from a mile away if you're a fan of the genre), but that's because it's something that's seen in 1 in 3 to 1 in 2 of every hypnotism hentai story. Also, Ami's progression from softcore sex slave to hardcore sex slave is also fairly typica of just about any sex slave story that spans as many chapters as this one did.Where the book shines is not in its uniqueness, no: that much is clear. :)Where the book shines is that it (re-)tells the classic story of hypnotism sex so very, very well.(1) the artist's drawing style is amazing. Ami has a smoking hot body, and the artist does a fantastic job of showcasing her in just about every sex scene. (2) Men only exist in this comic as tools for the author to use, something most hentai fans will appreciate (since it means you're almost never jacking off to a picture that has a guy in it, just his penis or his hand or whatever).(3) The plot is perfectly written. Not like just say the key word and became your obedient doll.Anyway, it might be the author's plot to show how the main character is immature, and thus lead him where he end up at the end of the story.Overall is still good as I said, maybe is I have higher expectation. To me, I give it 3/5.I think you're absolutely right about the plot being partly to do with the main character's immaturity. There's a lot of foreshadowing with regards to this, some of it more obvious to me now in hindsight than others. For example, in his vision, he hypnotizes Ami with the use of traditional means (like the looking-at-the-lighter and the counting backwards); but fast forward to the sex during class while she's wearing a swimsuit, and it's rather unrealistic. Nobody comments on what she's squealing? We're to believe that the teacher would just let her be in her swimsuit, for the lame excuse Mimura provided to Ami (in the vision) of "Tell him you didn't have enough time to change" !? lol And how about how he hypnotized them? His methods evolve much too radically; and granted, he's allegedly getting assistance from the hypno guru with his 1337 butterfly ring (lol), but still: we're to believe he hypnotized the entire school, students and staff alike?When did I know, 100% no doubt, that my hunch was right? When we saw Ami bound up as a dog, several months pregnant, living at school. I couldn't believe that he would have been able to successfully hypnotize Ami's family and fianc?to make them forget about her. But when did I first get the hunch? I'd say this was the most obvious clue of them all, if the least definitive: when the dude thrusts his palm towards Mimura's face in Chapter friggin' 1! XDBut that didn't make the plot lame to me. Instead, (because of the million-miles-away plot twist we all see coming), it made me respect the author's talent even more. He did a really good job of telling a believable hypnotism hentai story WITH clues sprinkled throughout that what transpired might not have been more than a hypnotic hallucination of Mimura's own. As early as Chapter 1, he planted hints for the readers so that old-time fans of the genre like us could know what we were in for and the newer, younger fans wouldn't feel too upset with him when they got to the surprise ending.As a fan of the niku dorei (sex slave) genre, I have to confess that these common twist endings in hypnotism hentai (i.e. where it turns out the hypnotizer was in fact the hypnotized) do disappoint me, too. But somehow ... I find myself able to forgive this one. Maybe because it was done so tactfully. With full respect for the reader, with zero effort to conceal the plot twist, and in fact with multiple clues (as we've discussed) to justify to the reader, "Look, I didn't just pull a deus ex machina on you out of nowhere. I definitely led up to this properly.
