so i'm going japan this summer around august, just wondering if anyone knows any good soap land places in tokyo or mostly around tourist places because thats most likely where i'll be :) thanksFrankly, most places like soaplands and 'live shows' just don't let gaijin in, unless maybe you are with one of their regulars. There were several of them around Ikebukuro last time I was there, and they all had signs basically saying 'No Forigners' (even though that's technically illegal). On the other hand, take a wander through Roppongi at night and it won't be long before some girl offers you a 'massage'...Go to Shinjuku-Gu. Shinjuku Metro Subway station. Northwest Exit or Northeast Exit. I live here now and it has the HUGEST red light district in all of Tokyo. Seriously it's like it's own little city. Just bring lot's of cash cause most places do not cater to foreigners. They will make exception's if you know someone who can hook you up or you flash them ton's of cash. NEVER GO ALONE! Foreigners get messed with a lot in that area because of...well...the Yakuza. They own most of everything in the seedy, nightlife districts around here. Need more info hit me up. Later. P.S. My girlfriend is the one who actually took me to this red light district. Hahaha. Japanese girls are cool as hell.Cheaper. If you are White or Black, not completely ugly, Go to Gas Panic in Shibuya or Roppongi.Buy a drink, wait for a girl to come up and talk to you, take her home.End of story.Quote:Originally Posted by GaiarthFrankly, most places like soaplands and 'live shows' just don't let gaijin in, unless maybe you are with one of their regulars. I don't want to get caught in foreign country.Quote:Originally Posted by chickensawCheaper. Gaspanic in Shibuya is the filthiest bar in all of Japan. If it weren't for the illegal nigerians that frequent that damn place, it would have shut down by then.HOWEVER I also would like to point out that the OP has already traveled to Japan. I hope you had a good time! Next time you come out, let me know via PM. We will go to a GOOD club called Xanadu in Shibuya. Good clientelle, good drinks, good music, and the women don't have to take a monthly dose of azithromycin... unlike most of the girls in Gaspanic. But hey, if you want to come home dripping, go for it!Japan has the largest sex industry.. we can name it wherever we want to go... love motel is cool. Even I was asked to work as a male escort when I stepped into the red light district.. I laughed it off. I said I couldnt speak Japanese well....Sorry for bringing this up, but is this information still accurate?Everything except ibarrz "Japan has the largest sex industry" comment. That's complete bullshit and unless he decides to back it up with a well researched source, I'll just say he's an idiot who has no idea what he's talking about.THAT SAID... it' still difficult for foreigners to get into soap lands, unless you have a vagina tucked between your legs. Otherwise yes, everything else is still correct. Especially about the nigerians in GasPanic.lol, well it might not have the largest, but its the damn best and all here will agree with me!! Those damn nigerians! GRRWell, this kind of information is hard to get, honest and accurate info about the most interesting parts of the other side of japan aside from the tour books. Part of the attraction is experiencing the native peoples lifestyle without being in an overprotective shell (I just want to live to tell it lol) u know, like people who visit a foreign place and just stay at the hotels or stay within a 1km radius of the tour books.
