I am using firefox and am having a hard time using the "rikaichan" add on.Thanks for the helpActually you can try using IE and try to load a japanese web site, if you're not using the japanese characters yet, it will appear a little window saying it can't display the site properly so it'll ask you for the windows xp/vista/2000/nt cd to install the jap chars and stufs. This also should work with firefox too, but if it doesn't try IE.
