The drawing of the last pages reminds me the style of the "Golden Boy" author, Egawa Tatsuya (江川達也).there큦 something written at the bottom of the 3rd pic, yet it is too small so it cannot be identified, letters are japanese though, you only can see that it큦 page 28...so as hard to find that is egawa, i checked his stuff, seems mostly historical, for the time frame it might be happy boy that was published three time in shonen gangan, in 12-96 and twice in 97, but their nowhere to be found. i think it might be someone different, the pic i have doesnt get clearer to cut and paste pottom part
