Forget the first torrent (which brought me in this forum by the way).I got a hand on a very good quality LD-Rip of the same OAV. We are talking about the first "Angel" OAV made in 1990, not the "Shin Angel" of Pink Pineapple fame.Now high quality means in this case HUGE size, it's around 950 MB. I think it is quite too much, but I did not want to reencode it.
