Proposition:Every member make available, all their content, for 2 consecutive week-ends.Motivation: For several reasons I keep a lot of my videos on an external hard-drive, which are not then available for torrent sharing. I would like to share them but for a limited period. So I thought, why not see if others might partake and everyone would benefit.Your thoughts please.How do you propose that we do that? The threads to most of my content that is not actively on my bit torrent window have long disappeared or is buried into pages and pages backland-- along with the torrent files (which I don't save anyway). I would have to spend hours and hours trying to match folders to threads in order to download the torrent files so I could seed. I have downloads from years ago that I haven't even watched yet (THANK YOU UPLOADERS) Maybe a better Idea would be for folks to put in a request for a reseed of a dead torrent that they would like.many would think this is a good idea. Maybe there is a way to ask the moderators to remove a dead torrent if someone will replace it with a new active one. alot of people have unfinished torrents and the download links are basically dead.Maybe there is a way to create a torrent seed request. Some software that pushs a link or title into an area called PLEASE SEED after so many requests for seed. (trying to come up with some ideas)Will you take this back to your friends and come up with a way to get everybody on board with the best ideas. To many videos seed from 50 to even 90% but then never finish.Dont let the torrents just die foreverI can see your point, but if you post a torrent on an existing thread, and then I could remove all the dead links prior to that, and if members use the thanks button first instead of saying thanks, that will keep your link active and at the top, if you get a spam thanks it can be removed, and the posters who requested a reseed will get a message in there subscribed thread, or email if that is how they set there profile up, will see it,
