Setup Venix

Prerequisites:

Please follow the below steps to install and setup all prerequisites:

  • Nodejs

    Ensure Node.js is installed and running on your computer. If Node.js is already installed and the version is 18 or higher, you can skip this step. We recommend using the ong Term Support (LTS) version of Node.js for optimal stability and compatibility.

  • Yarn

    Ensure Yarn is installed and running on your computer. If Yarn is already installed in your computer, you can skip this step. We recommend you use Yarn instead of NPM.

Once you have completed the previous steps, navigate to the root directory of the project ( Venix.0.0*/Venix ) From there, open your terminal or command prompt and execute the following commands to either run the project locally or build it for production:

SCSS: We highly recommend against modifying any SCSS files within the assets/scss/custom directories, as future updates could override your changes. Instead, we strongly advise using a custom.scss file for your modifications to ensure your custom styles remain intact during updates.
